Founder, Group Executive Director & CEO
Shirley Tan is the Founder and Group Executive Director & CEO of ST Corporate Advisory Group of Companies. A qualified Chartered Secretary with over 28+ years of experience, she has served private and publicly listed companies, SMEs, foreign companies, offshore companies, and academic institutions across Singapore.
Shirley has led corporate secretarial teams for SGX-listed, dual-listed, REIT, and offshore companies, and has supported Singapore clients through listings on Nasdaq. She leads the firm's China Practice division and champions the standard of Excellence Must Be Our Minimum Standard.
Fluent in English, Mandarin, Hokkien, Cantonese, and Bahasa, Shirley plays a pivotal role in bilingual Board and General Meetings for listed and private companies, ensuring full statutory and regulatory compliance.
